Babliy does not offer refunds in general, especially after credits have been used. This page is proposed language for review. It shows how plans, monthly credits, and credit packs are handled, with examples. It is not a signed commitment until the items under Needs confirmation are filled in.

Short version
Babliy does not offer refunds in general, especially after credits have been used.
Credits pay for agent work. Used credits stay spent. They are not returned, restored, or paid out in cash. Unused monthly credits expire at the reset. They do not roll over, and they are not a cash balance.
Credits
A credit is a unit of agent work inside your workspace. Heavier jobs use more. Credits are not a currency, not a stored-value balance, and not transferable as money.
- Each paid plan includes a monthly grant.
- The grant resets each billing period.
- Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
- When the grant runs dry, agent work that spends credits pauses until the reset or until you buy a pack.
Plans
Solo is $50/mo with 1,000 monthly credits. Crew is $60/mo with 2,000. Agency is $100/mo with 5,000. Billed monthly in USD.
Every paid plan unlocks every agent. Credits are what changes between Solo, Crew, and Agency. Checkout charges USD. A price shown in another currency is a display estimate. The cards are on pricing.
Credit packs
Packs are extra credits you buy when the monthly grant runs dry. Boost is $10 for 800 credits. Popular is $25 for 2,200 credits. Pro pack is $50 for 5,000 credits. A pack follows the same rule as the plan: we do not refund it in general, and credits you already used stay spent.

Credits already used
You start Solo and an agent uses 400 of 1,000 credits. The $50 charge stays. Those 400 credits are gone. The rest stay until the monthly reset, then they expire. They do not roll over and they are not refunded.

Plan paid, credits untouched
You start Crew and do not run an agent. We still do not refund the month in general. Cancel from billing and you keep the workspace until the end of the period you already paid. Unused credits expire at the reset. They are not cashed out.

Credit pack partly used
You buy Popular ($25 for 2,200 credits) and use 200. The pack is not refunded. Those 200 credits are gone. What happens to the unused remainder after you cancel is not confirmed.

Cancel mid-cycle
You cancel on day 10. The pricing page says you keep access until the end of the month you already paid. We do not prorate the remaining days and we do not refund them. If cancellation completed, the next month does not renew.

Upgrade or downgrade
You move from Solo to Crew, or the other way, in the middle of a paid month. You can start that change from billing. This draft does not say whether the new price and the new credit grant apply immediately, on the next invoice, or as a partial charge.

Duplicate charge
Polar charges you twice for the same invoice. That is a billing mistake, not a change of mind. We expect to correct a duplicate charge. The timeline, and who presses the correction, is not confirmed. Email hello@babliy.ai with the charge dates and amounts.

Workspace deleted with credits left
You close the workspace while credits remain. Leftover credits are forfeited. They have no cash value and are not paid out.

You dislike an agent's output
An agent drafts something you would not ship. Review stays with you. You can pause the agent, edit Company Knowledge, and discard the draft. Dissatisfaction with output is not a refund reason under this proposed rule.

A law requires a withdrawal right
Your country may require a cooling-off or withdrawal right that this draft does not document. Do not read this page as opting out of a mandatory right. That exception is unconfirmed.
Canceling
Cancel from billing. Access is described as lasting through the paid period. The next renewal should not run once cancellation has completed. Credits left at the reset expire. This draft adds no cash refund for the unused days or the unused grant.
Billing errors
A duplicate charge or a charge for a plan you did not complete is a billing error. Write to hello@babliy.ai and include the dates and amounts. This draft does not promise a number of days for the correction. What the credits buy is on the product page.
