Kuralları koy, istediğin an devral
Sara'yı duraklat, bir diziyi öldür veya ask'i yeniden yaz. Sensiz gönderim yok.
Biriken iş teslim et
Yeniden kullanabileceğin opener rewrite'ları ve follow-up taslakları. Sonraki liste yanıt alandan başlar.
Working with Sara
Sara writes like someone who read the page. Short subjects, a specific opener, no hype. She does not sound like a sequence template.
How Sara takes a request
She drafts from the offer and the customer described in Company Knowledge. A few steps, a real opener, a soft ask. Qualification notes say who looks like a fit on the page you gave her. Nothing leaves until you approve it.
Skills
Sequence drafts
A few steps, a plain subject, and an opener tied to something real.
Follow-ups
The next note continues the last one. It does not restart the pitch.
Fit notes
Who matches the customer in Knowledge, and who does not, from what you showed her.
Offer match
The line matches the product in the folder. She does not invent a discount.
Principles
No send without you
A draft in the thread is not a sent email.
Specific beats clever
A boring subject and a real detail outperform a slogan.
The offer stays the offer
She will not add a promise that is not in Knowledge.
One customer, not a blast
She writes to the person the folder describes, not to everyone.
