Terms of service

Brouillon à relire · October 13, 2026

These terms are a draft of the deal when you open a Babliy workspace, hire agents, or buy a plan. Counsel still has to confirm the contracting entity, the law that applies, and the liability language. Where a rule is already how the product works, this page says so. Where it is not, it is marked.

Cette page est écrite en anglais. Le reste de Babliy suit votre langue. Une version traduite de cette page n'est pas encore publiée.

Short version

You hire AI employees by role. They share Company Knowledge and draft work for you to approve. You pay a monthly plan, and credits meter the work. You keep control of what gets published or spent.

The service

Babliy lets you hire AI employees by role. They read one Company Knowledge folder and keep working after setup. You can run them from the web workspace, the Mac app, iOS, and Slack when you connect it. Winning Ads is a library of Meta static frameworks a design agent can remake in your brand.

You approve work. Agents do not spend ad budget or publish on their own. Output can be wrong. You review it before it goes to a customer, an ad account, or a public channel.

Your account

You need an account to open a workspace. You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in safe. Every paid plan unlocks every agent. Crew and Agency can cover more than one business under one login. Limits we publish today are on the product page.

Plans and credits

Solo is $50/mo with 1,000 monthly credits. Crew is $60/mo with 2,000. Agency is $100/mo with 5,000. Billed monthly in USD.

Credits pay for agent work. Each plan resets a monthly grant. Heavier jobs use more credits. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. When the grant runs dry, you can buy a pack from the workspace.

Boost is $10 for 800 credits. Popular is $25 for 2,200 credits. Pro pack is $50 for 5,000 credits.

Babliy does not offer refunds in general, especially after credits have been used. Examples, cancellation, and packs are in the refund and credits policy. That policy is part of this draft. Prices are on pricing.

What you can expect

  • Agents draft from the Knowledge you provide. A thin folder produces thin work.
  • Babliy does not promise a customer count, a cost per acquisition, or a pixel-perfect remake.
  • Running out of credits pauses the work that spends credits until the grant resets or you buy a pack.
  • You can pause an agent, approve a step, or take over a thread.

Your content

You keep ownership of the brand material you upload. You give Babliy permission to host it and to show it to the agents in your workspace so they can do the jobs you ask for. You are responsible for having the rights to that material.

Acceptable use

Do not use Babliy to break the law, send spam, attack systems, or upload material you do not have rights to. Do not try to break credit metering, share one login as a public seat, or resell the workspace as your own product. We can suspend a workspace that does this.

Stopping the service

You can cancel a plan from billing. The pricing page says you keep access until the end of the month you already paid. This draft does not add a prorated refund on top of that. We can suspend access if a payment fails, if a chargeback is filed, or if use breaks these terms.

À confirmer. What happens to files after a workspace closes, and how long we keep them, is not confirmed.

Changes

We can update these terms and change the date on this page. The way we notify you, and whether continued use counts as acceptance, is not confirmed.

À confirmer

Ces points sont ouverts. Ne les prenez pas pour des conditions déjà figées.

  • Contracting entity and postal address.
  • Governing law and venue.
  • Liability cap, warranty disclaimer, and indemnity.
  • Minimum age, and whether the customer is always a business.
  • How notice of term changes works, and whether continued use counts as acceptance.
  • What happens to Company Knowledge and files after a workspace closes.
  • Whether Academy cohort fees, phone-number add-ons, and other non-credit charges follow these terms.
  • Confirm in Polar that cancellation keeps access through the paid period.
