Connect WhatsApp, train your AI agent, handle conversations, orders, and campaigns.

  1. Brand and store settings

    Open Settings, then Store.

  2. Connect WhatsApp

    Open Setup or Settings, then Channels.

  3. Add your products

    Go to Products.

  4. Configure your agent

    Agents lists your AI sales agent.

  5. Conversations inbox

    All WhatsApp chats land in Conversations.

  6. Orders and customers

    Confirmed orders show in Orders (table or board view).

  7. Quick Sender campaigns

    Quick Sender sends outbound WhatsApp messages.

  8. Overview and billing

    Overview shows KPIs: conversation usage, orders, and agent status.
