Terms of Service

Babliy is a software service that helps businesses manage WhatsApp conversations, catalogs, orders, and AI-assisted replies through integrations with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Babliy is not affiliated with Meta. Features may change as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring anyone on your team follows these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

You retain ownership of your catalog, messages, customer data, and other content you upload or connect to Babliy. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the service.

You are the data controller for your end-customers' personal data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message customers and for complying with applicable privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for how Babliy processes data as your processor.

Connecting WhatsApp requires a valid Meta Business account and compliance with WhatsApp Business Terms and Meta's terms. Outages or policy changes on Meta's side may affect the service.

You grant Babliy permission to send and receive messages on your connected number only as you configure in the product.

• No spam, harassment, illegal goods, or misleading promotions.
• No attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape unrelated data, or compromise other accounts.
• No use of Babliy in ways that violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Customer data must be handled lawfully; you are responsible for consent and opt-out where required.

Paid plans are billed monthly in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) according to the pricing shown at checkout, on the pricing page, or in your dashboard. Current plans include Starter (199 MAD/month), Growth (400 MAD/month), and Scale (999 MAD/month). Stripe is the source of truth for the amount charged to your payment method.

New accounts may start with a free trial of 2 days and up to 20 conversations without a credit card. When the trial ends or limits are reached, you must subscribe to continue using paid features.

Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period until you cancel in Settings → Billing. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise in-product.

Conversation limits are per calendar month as described on the pricing page. If you exceed your plan limit, Babliy may pause AI replies or restrict usage until you upgrade or the next billing period begins.

Prices exclude taxes unless stated at checkout. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price for subsequent billing periods.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide partial-month refunds for unused time or unused conversation quotas. Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Babliy owns the platform, brand, and software. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as expressly permitted. Your content remains yours as described in section 3.

Babliy may generate automated replies using AI. These replies may be inaccurate or inappropriate in edge cases. You are responsible for reviewing automated messages where accuracy matters (pricing disputes, refunds, legal claims, medical or safety topics). Turn off the agent or take over the chat when needed.

Babliy is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific sales outcomes, or that AI-generated replies are always accurate. We are not responsible for Meta or WhatsApp outages, policy enforcement, or number quality issues outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Babliy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Babliy harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your messaging to customers, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Babliy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if required for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Export your data before closing your account where the product allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Casablanca, unless mandatory local consumer protections apply to you.

We may update these terms. We will post the new date at the top and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
